We usually ship the goods by sea. By plane and international express (DHL, UPS, FedEx) are also available. Final shipping cost is calculated based on the packed weight and destination. We will provide a shipping quote for your approval before we ship. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost-effective for you.
If it’s shipped via international express (DHL, UPS, FedEx), they will contact you to provide invoice for customs clearance and inform you to pay import tariff. Your goods will be sent to your place after all of these are finished. If it’s shipped by sea or by plane (FCL/LCL), forwarder will imform you to arrange customs clearance and pay import tariff. After that you can pick up your goods from the port or airport. For some countries, we can also do DDP, which means you just need to sit at home waiting for your goods to come.
It depends on the destination and shipping method. Shipping to Europe for example, it usually takes 7-10 days by DHL/UPS/FedEx, 30-40 days by sea.

As a formal exporter, we can apply for and send you the Certificate of Origin issued by the CCPIT or China Customs for each shipment after dispatch.

Let us know your quantities and requirements for customization (color, private label, packaging), we will send you an offer accordingly.
After all order details are confirmed, we will issue a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) and begin production upon receipt of your deposit.
If you already have your own packaging design style, we will send you the die-cut of the product packaging for you to complete the subsequent print design. If you only need minor modifications to our existing packaging (such as changing the logo/barcodes/item codes, adding your company information, etc.), we will assist in making the adjustments and send them to you for confirmation. Once you have confirmed it, we will proceed with producing the packaging.
Provide us with your shipping mark, and we will create a shipping mark confirmation document for each product you order. Once you have confirmed it, we will proceed with producing the cartons.
When the order enters the packaging stage, we will send you mass production photos for each product, including:
- Outer carton and inner box shipping marks;
- Front and back views of the packaged product;
- Item number and barcode on the packaging;
- Images of the carton opened and sealed.
If you have a freight forwarder to handle the shipment, please provide us with their contact information. We will get in touch with them to book the space when the goods are nearly ready.
Please advise the types of shipping documents required for your customs clearance (usually invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.) and the number of originals and copies, along with the consignee information. We will prepare the full set of shipping documents, send you the draft for confirmation, and then issue the final documents.
